The tram station in Pali\u0107 was built in 1897 and operated until 1974. After that, it was a seasonal memorabilia shop and a makeshift tourist information centre. In recent decades, due to the seasonal limitations and the small space, it was empty and was decaying.<\/p>\n<p>Today, it is architecturally protected, restored and revived with new contents and apart from its tourist role, it has an important cultural role, because it is an outstanding example of protected industrial heritage. Domestic and foreign tourists got a better service, and their experience of Pali\u0107 is certainly richer.
